i've been using the tutorial from the main page : No Modchip HDD Replace.

I'm fine until it comes to restoring the backup of the old HDD to the new HDD.  I load the HDD_Driver program and it says "xbox drive recognized", but then it does not say "invalid file size error".  I still went ahead and restored the backup, then rebooted to lock the drive.  However, when I tried locking the drive using hdlock.exe, it gave me an error (being stupid, I forgot to write down what the error was).  So the drive wont lock, I think it has something to do with my HDD_Driver step.   Any thoughts?

I've tried using ldots before, but funky stuff would appear on my screen and it would not work.  havent tried Configmagic, could never find a tutorial for it. is it easy to use?
