This is from the creator of ltools himself.  I had kept a copy.  Worked fine for me.  

if you have already uninstalled UDE from the ltools menu what will be left from the ltools installation is :

C:
Maybe a xtf_backup folder containing *.xtf fonts found by the installer and possible Xbox.xtf and XBox Book.xtf was renamed
Maybe a "just in case" backup of the unmodified xboxdash called xboxdash.save
E:
Of course the game save folder itself (E:\UDATA\xxxxxxxxx)
E:\Dashboard (if you keep this you can re-use it on reinstall)
E:\BiosLD (if you keep this you can re-use it on reinstall)
E:\backup_linux (containing the compressed C-image, hdd_info and eeprom)
E:\UDATA\00004321 (MXM cache folder)
E:\TDATA\00004321 (MXM cache folder)
E:\UDATA\00170015 (the ltools game save with eeprom and hdd_info)
