i am modding a friends xbox with ude2, i already have mine modded with old exploits, and i cant seem to get the original dash to run.  ive tried hex editing the xtfs to xft and running the new font tool to change the font directory to f0nt.  neither works and i keep getting the "your xbox needs servicing" error.

one strange thing i noticed is that fonts were located originally at C:\ as well as C:\fonts directories.  any advise?
