Well I have UXE with no mod chip and was wondering if i change the startup animation and if so how to do so

no. sorry. i got ude 2 and i also wish i could change start up anim, custommlogo, etc. u cant cuz the hacked bios that would contain the new start up anim. is loaded after animation already takes place, so nothing happens.
