Could Someone Please

Could someone walk me thru replacing ldots bios to update to metoo-m8pack-v1.4 I know I need to change boot location to match ldots. But, do I need to only replace xboxrom.bin with old xboxrom.bin or do I also need to copy boot.cfg and xbe? Also, what is the eject fix?  Thanks!
