I have modded about 20 v.16 xboxes with the UDE2, I use my modded xbox 2 install all the things i need on the new HDD for the 1.6 xbox. Then I make a CD with Xbox HD Maker (xboxhdm) and the right eeprom for the xbox, after that i pop the HDD in my pc and lock it. Does any one know of a program like "xboxhdm" for the xbox, that why i can just lock the HDD on my xbox without needing a PC?

I'm pretty sure you need to telnet in and issue commands manually if you want to lock a 1.6 on a non 1.6 xbox..  They weren't quite intended for this, but its not too tough..  You need to mount the drive where the 1.6's eeprom.bin is, then you need to work out a rather long command-line for hdtool2 (I think thats the executable..)

I rather do it the way i said i do it, I think that is better, I am looking for a way without a PC.

Then you will need to redesign the scripts to do exactly what you would need to do through telnet before sending the package to your xbox..  As it stands, to do what you want you requires a PC in some shape or form..  Whether you need to for hotswapping, telnetting, uploading, or cd burning..

if you can get yourself a modchip like an X2.6, then you can put the FlashBIOS cromwell on there, and in it there is the option to lock/unlock a HD (1.0-1.6).  install the modchip, then unlock the hard drive, lock the new one, and copy over the exploit dash files and you'll be golden.
