Also, I don't see a tutorial for UXE anywhere.  Is there one yet?

XBOX live accounts are stored on the partition table of devices.

Room for 7 accounts on a hard drive, and only 1 on a memory card.

As such, they DON'T TAKE ANY ROOM UP.

So when using your memory card, just delete the saves, and leave
the LIVE account there, and add the gamesave hack. You will have
enough room for it, as the LIVE takes up no SPACE.
