Adding Bios'es To Pbl... On Ver.1.1 Box

I used the Memcard installer and want to install a new BIOS into PBL... cough x cough d cough k cough

how is that done SPECIFICALLY as far as are all RC4 keys one and the same or is there even more than 1?

Its kinda confusing...
