Question About Kernels

If i get a 1.0/1.1 xbox, is it guaranteed to have a kernel version that is compatible with UDE1 with no problems occuring? Or is the kernel version totally random and irrelevant to the xbox version?

If you have a 1.0 or 1.1, don't worry about the kernel version. All below 1.5 are almost guaranteed to work with UDE.
