The time I heard of your problem happening was because of the AR card... try to find a M$ one to use temporarily.

BTW I am using the Action Replay to load the data, I've done it many many times, I doubt the save could be corrupted 100% of the time.

is there an error number, might be the card, are you sure that version of the game is exploitable?
