not really

only way for them learn is to read posts that ask questions or ask questions themselves or they just infer it.

sorry, but there isnt much of a point.

I completely agree. Tutorial is the worst thing to learn, especially those step by step stuff.

For those who want to learn(meaning can do it in the future with different kernel, game region etc.), they need to know HOW it works, not step by step guide.

If I just blindly follow the 101 steps, just use ldots' stuff.

Time for my slightly biased review and pointers:

First, by no means is it a terrible site.  It is useful for newbies, but it does leave out essential information.  Secondly, all the tutorials are rather short and uninformative.  Third, it is sparse on exploits.

Essentially, XGuides is attempting the same thing, albeit in a more organized and thorough way.  I remind you this is just my opinion, and I'm not trying to belittle the work you've done in any way, shape or form.

True, UDE and UDE2 are the exploits that make all others nearly obsolete.  However, they are not useless.  I had a friend who wanted to just watch movies on his XBox, and a little emulation.  However, he still wanted to play XBox Live.  And, he didn't want to go through the hassle of an EvoX script, he just wanted to click on like and make it work.  So, I installed the Easter Egg exploit, and he's perfectly content about that.

Each exploit has a purpose that is still valid today, except MAYBE the original font exploits, which are redundant.

tongue.gif.  So, I like the sites new look design.  I noticed you put a protection against putting in no options, which is nice!  However, there's a major flaw.  You don't have protection against just putting in one option.

Also, are you using MySQL or a text file?  (I hope mysql).  Secondly, if you're using MySQL, why don't you make the tutorial completley dynamic and change the numbering to increase at each step, instead of having fixed numbers?

Just some coder-to-coder criticism.
