In order to have the tray state decision making enabled. You must download and install the fonts for it. Which are located within the original UDE thread. Or you could use the .xbe's built by rmenhal to do the decision making. All within the original thread of UDE. Just check the history section and you'll find what you're looking for.

The problem is probably that your Linux XBE isn't singed.

''Signing

The question of signed code comes up again at this point. You need to install a version of PBL which is signed for the particular type of dashboard exploit you are using i.e. fonts or audio. There is a tool you can use to perform the signing BUT you should be able to find a dashboard exploit package containing PBL pre-signed for the type of exploit you are using. I never had to manually sign anything to get my soft-mod working.''

You can find the tools required for doing this in the ''tools'' section of Xbox-scene http://www.xbox-scen...p?page=exploits

i havent used gentoox but i read somewhere that it is in the form of an app, if that is the case, then you would launch it the same way you would launch any app/dash/emu/game on the harddrive, therefore you wouldn't lose any of the original features.
i recommend you go to the actual site for gentoox, its on the linux site somewhere.

yeah the motto around here is 'just try it' lol that's what everyone always tells me.

i don't see a reason why it wouldn't allow you to play xbox games.
