man you actually still using the mechfonts?.... well it's your choice. You can change the name by hex editing ernie.xtf (or maybe it was bert.xtf). You can boot to the msdash first with the UDE also . And optionally you can boot to the msdash depending on the traystate.

just let the bios of pbl point to it. You can put the xbe you want to boot out of the msdash in the xodash folder named as xonlinedash.xbe to let it boot out of the live tab. Also if you wanted the dashboard you had to hex edit a copy of it to use the .bak fonts.

What I meant was that you have to hex edit the dashboard so it can reach it's own fonts and not the hacked fonts. You could then let the bios from PBL point to that xbe and voila there you have your ms dash on boot. You can also check my sig for dual booting. (for instance evox when you turn on with the power button and msdash when you turn on with the eject button)

Right, but after PBL points to the MS Dash, how do I get the MS Dash to point to Evox or whatever I was using?
