160gb Formats Only 137gb Using M7 Bios

I have a 160GB seagate, nice quiet drive. I was adding up the drives and their respective sizes when I realized that only 137 GB was being formatted. I'm using the Evox M7 Bios and have a Xecuter2.3 Lite MOD chip on a v1.4/1.5 XBOX. I used Slayers 2.5 to do the original formatting and setting up of the new HD but I know that I used the LARGE HD option. Any ideas?
