Just got a copy of Splinter Cell that I can confirm makes it into The MXM menu of Ldots' memcard installer loading the gamesave off the hdd on a modded box (Didn't try to install anything since the box is modded..)

Anyways, here is what info I have..

The game is an ntsc Splinter Cell that says "Download New Content on Live" above the Ubisoft logo in the bottom right corner of the front of the case.

On the bottom of the case spine it says: SCEL 0382 NTSC

The UPC says: 08888 51013

I see no inner or outer ring codes

On the cd label it says: 510130-DISC
Also "Highest Score 9.6"

It was aparently made in 2002 as is also printed on the label.

Hope I don't lead anyone astray since I did manage to get into mxm through Ldots' installer package loaded off the hdd.
I noticed that Splinter Cell details are kind of lacking in this thread..  Hope this helps somebody..

Edit: Confirmed to work with stock bios.

Ok, I tried it on a tsoped box only.  The bios was 4981.  It did load LTools' MXM screen and I stopped there..  Assuming the bios didn't cheat, and allow the gamesave to load through a disc that normally wouldn't work, it should work on any box.  I ran the gamesave off the hdd, but I see no reason why running it off the mem card would work any differently.  My bios is the only thing that could possibly create a false positive result, and I kinda doubt the game would load it if it wasn't going to work regardless..

error 21 should have nothing to do with MechAssault works or not.

There can be lots of reasons why it doesn't work, without describing in detail what you have done, no one can help.

I recently purchased SC Classic here in Austraia.

I had initial success with it testing on a PBL 1.6 xbox. ( Ialso have a TSOPed 1.0 but didn't test the exploit on it as it worked for the 1.6)

this was done using Splintercell_save_With_Evox

I then attempted to use it on a virgin 1.6 and had some difficulty getting the save onto the memcard, it was corrupt or something.

so I just went and hired 007

I gave it another go yesterday on my modded xboxes as mentioned above.
 (I managed to get an uncorrupted save onto the memcard)

the 1.6 worked fine and loaded evox, but the 1.0 couldn't even see the save, asked me to create a new profile.

I then downloaded splintercellsave_with_evox_raincoat-pal and all was well, I could see the save (Linux) and evox ran on both boxes.

Well, these are just my experiences that may help someone here in oz.

hi,i just got my splinter cel non platinum version and it has a highest score ever in the front part of the disk 9.6,and in the disk it has this USO1209A-L1  SO I WAS WONDERING IF IT WOULD WORK thanks in advance

I have a Splinter Cell disk that came in a Online Enabled Platinum Hits collection with SC, GR, and RS3.  The code on bottom says US01209A-L0 so will it work with this?

Only way to be sure is to try it..  Many ppl have success with various Platinum Hits SC copies..  Thanks for posting the disc markings, please follow it up with your results..

Quick question: Has anyone out there tried using 007 Platinum Hits version with disc marking EA01303A-L1? Got this copy solely for the purpose of applying UXE, so if it doesn't work, I'm stuck. I'll try it myself and report if it works for me. I have a 1.6 NTSC Xbox with a 5838 kernel and 5960 dash.
