If you cant FTP, its a good idea to Backup EEprom and HD Key to memcard and transfer that back to pc for safe keeping. Which can be done in the Evox utils menu i beleive

hi guys im having a bit of a prob...
when i use ltools for mech assault i get a screen that says
"single game dvd" there are 2 choices of mechassault and no matter which i select i get
"21", "your xbox needs service contact customer support."
and the led flashes red
my xbox is a virgin to modding pretty much (i downgraded my dash)
im using

d:4920
any thoughts?

could somebody help me out w/ the s.c. exploit. i've read the tutorial but there's some things i dont understand.

also i don't know where to find the ltools_sc rar file. I know it's somewhere in the usual place but i can't find it. This is my first time doing this.  Can someone give me advice on what folder to look in.

My first time also,

dongle = your usb to contorller adapter you made, or if you are using AR, that

the file is under xbox > exploits > packages

i just need a little more help. Do I go into the SC_savewithevox folder and copy the sc_exploit_ntsc.zip file to my action replay?

and is that the only file i need for SC?

I was able to execute the gamesave hack exploit using ltools_MA_v1.7.5. When I try to install the UDE2 with EvoX or MXM from the ltools menu, I get a blank black screen with Xbox-Linux Team license words on the top left corner. The LED light turned orange, and the whole thing froze.

I read that after a few minutes installing UDE2, the LED light turn from orange to blinking green signaling ready for reboot.  My orange LED light and the black screen never change. I left it on for 6 hours but they never change.

Is the ltools files corrupted, because of the AR mem card? I appreciate any help or email me at [email protected].

you best bet is to put a small simple gamesave on your xbox via AR, then ftp into xbox and transfer the game save to your xbox.

What the hell are you guys telling TBONE to do?  You just told him to download an old exploit onto his box... and RESMONKEY, don't give advice unless you know what you're doing.

The package is NOT where you said it is, it's in XBOX > OPERATING SYSTEMS > LINUX > DISTRIBUTIONS > ltools
