Need Some Help With Ude Install, Please

First of all, I want to thank everyone here for such excellent work! I just starting playing with my xbox two days ago, and am loving it!  Anyways, I currently have BiCoE on my xbox, Dashboard v 4034.  However, it seems that with this softmod, I can't access the DVD-ROM from FlashFXP to backup my originals.  So, I thought I would try UDE instead.  I have followed the instructions in the tutorials several times, but I keep getting Error 21.  I have Slayers 2.5 disc for any files I might need.  I restored my xbox to the BiCoE config, and it is botting to Evox now.  What do I need to do (or what guide should I be reading) to install UDE?
