Yeah I know it's a test bios. I'm sure it will be released to the public soon when some bugs are fixed.

Its Base64 code. Look in the UDE thread for a guide to it, or search the forum, I can't remember how to do it.

Yes, this is a BIOS loader for newer kernels. It works the same as the previous BIOS loaders.
