can anyone link me to a n00b friendly tutorial on how to upgrade using xboxhdm. the readme isn't very n00b friendly nor can i finda specific tut on xbox-scene.

I'm writing REALLY noob friendly tut's for a lot of the common exploits/hd upgrades.  I'll let you guys know when they're done.

ONly a little interrogation that I have... why xbox hdm is in xbox section on the "usual places" instead of PC??? its a pc program....
