Huge Problem Installing Ude!

Ok, Im using the no cd audio hack to boot ava. Im trying to make ava boot byitself when i turn the xbox on, i did everything like they said but i get a red blinking light on my xbox and the warning screen.
somehow i managed to do the mech assult ftp thing and put my old ava dahs with teh audio hack back in.

anyone knoiw whats wrong?
could it be teh st.bn (sp?) file?
