Uh, even though a BIOS can do it.... So there's not really anything special about knowing any of this.

You probably didn't gain much from reading this

Oh well.

Anywaay... 0.8.0.3 should be out sometime much later today (it's 3 AM here.) Too lazy to add more to the README and do much testing... It includes some more noob safety features and the ability to set the fan speed (if you load a BIOS, the BIOS may override this.)

I know how to get to evox with my piece of crap xbox (dam 5838) but where do I go from there? I cant install evox I dont think because it wont load and all I managed to make it do is frag. I got it back to its "virgin" state. But how do I use this to make my life easier?

why don't you try it as an app from evox. It is allready signed so you don't have to do that anymore. The only function you could use however is the nkpatcher since your kernel won't allow pbl. I don't know yet if the fbl detects your kernel automatically or you have to set anything to run the nkpatcher

normally no. it is almost always set to ato additems e:/apps by default. so just make a folder in e: called apps and put in a folder called fbl with the default.xbe and stuff inside.

ok thanks when I get access to the ethernet cords again at my friends house I will do that and see where that gets me. But I am just using the evox from the gamesave exploit. It doesnt give me any apps options. It gives me options like go to MS Dash (makes it frag), reboot, turn off, options, install Evox (doesnt work)

if you are talkin about ripping gamediscs it aint gonna happen. you can only transfer games from your pc to your games folder on your xbox. then again you would need another modded xbox to rip the games to your pc.

so I cant rip games to my PC from the DVD-Rom drive on my PC? then ftp them to my xbox?
