I tried to make a replacement drive for a friends xbox.
It was an old 10gb fujitsu win 98.So i hooked it up to the pc booted into xbox hd.
Chose option 5 rebooted then option 1 and the rest happend as normal.
locked it then i noticed the pc said no drive connected.
hooked it up to the xbox the x came up then a service screen with a white 08 in top left corner.
What can i do to fix this or is the drive shot?
