Phoenix Game Save Error

I got Mordem's complete audio exploit package, I used it as a game using action replay, got it to boot, I installed the audio exploit, but when I did the key combos the run it it never worked. So I uninstalled it and then re-installed it, no luck. Tried this once more and now when I try to install it I get:

ERROR (Line 1): (callscript) "ActionScript file fail execution"

what do i do, it won't install or anything, I tried everything, booting in safe mode, refreshing caches. Please help.
