Morden's Audio Installer Problem

I tried installing morden's audio hack. Iv got the xbox-linux MA installed on my system already, but I deleted the saved games, FTP'd morden's on, ran "run linux", it went to PBL, came up with a message saying "press a for"...something or other, then leaped to the "X" logo, and stopped. HD activity, but no change.

Can anyone help me?
