So I follow the following method for BERT_ATE_ERNIE v.1.4 and when i try to use winrar it errors out any other advice? It always dies at step 6 of the following method also for version 1.7.
1. Get the program Iceows.
2. Get WinRAR. You can substitute WinRAR for some other good extraction program if you know of one - maybe there's good freeware somewhere. Make sure it can extract tarballs and bzip2 files (tar.bz2). WinRAR can.
3. Save the code to notepad with a b64 extension (f1.b64, fonts.b64, whatever.)
4. Right-click it and the Iceows shell extension should kick in. Hover the mouse over "Iceows >" and choose "Extract to folder : " wherever.
5. Navigate to that folder. You should see UNKNOWN.001. Rename it to UNKNOWN.TAR.BZ2.
6. If you've installed WinRAR, right-click the file and choose "Extract here." Shortly, a new folder should show up... and that's where your files are. If you've installed something else, open the file in that other program and extract the contents somewhere... and wherever you extracted it should be the files you were looking for.
