Help With Easy Phoenix Installer

hey every1 ive jus downloaded Easy Phoenix Installer 1.0 and ive tried many times to get it to work but every time i keep getting this same error in the log that they make


Error is as Follows:
ERROR: ---> CCONTENT.DAT FILE VERIFICATION FAILED IN XBOXCPARSE FUNCTION

If Any1 knows wut that means or if they can help me with EPI i would greatly appreciate it.
