Hotswap Error 6

I tried to install a no-modchip hack by hotswapping.
Firststime hotswap succeded and my xbox hdd content was saved on my PC with hdd_driver.exe (fine).
Then I started again the operation with a boot CD with xlinux (didn't want to use the buggy hdd_driver.exe to copy the hack files). It didn't work (I assumed a bad connexion) and when I tried to reboot my xbox again, I got error 6: My xbox doesn't want to unlock its hdd anymore.
Can anyone help me continue? Many thanks in advance!
