Well I copied all of the files to the Xbox, rebooted, and I'm now in an infinate what seems to be a clock loop. It starts the Xbox splash screen, goes black, then reboots. Anyone else have this problem, or did I do something wrong?

If you can boot a game you can get access, like I said, it doesnt sound like the clock loop the way you describe it?

Also, with Catfish fonts the clock loop shouldnt be that bad? Did you unplug your xbox for a long time?

Its a mystery? Is your xbox networked? Can it 'see' the internet?

How many reboots have you counted?? More than 10??

So all you have to do is upload ernie.xtf and bert.xtf? You don't even have to rename them to xbox.xtf and xbox book.xtf?

Wow, can someone explain to me why xboxdash.xbe looks for fonts name ernie and bert? Was it some sort of backdoor the programmer's left in there?

The fonts contain the "names" in there code, try hex editing bert or ernie and you will see what I mean..

hmmm, this is intresting.

I think i decided now i am not going to use font exploits for the now.

You see, i hardly use my xbox, only once in a while.

Thanks anyway, i still lok forward to ftp package and might still do it, ill see.

Need some positive feedback 1st though.

What Dash version do you have?

get slayers and copy the xbox backup files onto your C:
you need the 4920 dash.
