Please, if u don't know what you're doing, don't try this and report that it doesn't work.
I know for a fact that this works for re-installing 4920 or downgrading from 5659. This is not needed for older dashes, the updater is designed to update those they way it is.
Regardless of how much everyone thinks they know (including myself), I still sugest making a backup like the first line of the post says.
