Hey,
Got the Phoenix Loader (font dumped) and put it in c:/ on xbox and when I tern on the xbox the screen gose nuts (FUZZZY, LOTS FOR MOVMENT, You can see the bird if you look realy cosly at one of the realy fast fuzzy moving blockes)

To my knowledge The phoenix project is kinda retired so don't count on any new versions.

Why not put in a nice chip or flash your tsop?

Only 1mth old and I did some good work geting the stickers off and to flash the bios would kill the wharanty (yea I know bad spelling).... wouldent it

but... on the ather hand if I fond a good tut with pics (I know theres one allready but it dose not show where on the bord (like under CD drive and stuff) and I don't know if my solderings good im only 13 buy yea if is see a good tut I would RUN out and get the torx10/20 as fast as you can say I moded my v1.5 YAY!

well buddy, i know exactly your problem, cuz i have it too

but theres a way tadaa!!!! you need to flash your TSOP, downgrade your xbox kernel to something like x2 4981 or m7. This is what im doing now as i post, i'll post again to tell you if it worked or not, but many people have told me it should so im believing them. The 5530 kernal has scrambled the video that phoenix tries to do, but in order to fix it, flash your tsop ok? if u need more info just pm me ..k gl

Wtf iz you talkin about man. Downgrade your kernel to x2 4981? I'm sure flashin the tsop will work but I think you get some things twisted around. But nevermind if you don't want to sign everything flashing the tsop is a good solution.

I have the same problem. Flashin the tsop requires a slobering of a wire on the Xbox right..? Hum /me kicks xbox
