Could someone please tell me what the most common reasons are for the audio exploit to just stop working.  By this I mean, you do the button combo from MS Dash and you get the "Your Xbox Needs Service" screen.  I know that when you have the ST.DB file that lets you copy from HDD to HDD and you choose the second option on the last screen, that overwrites it but is there anything else that would cause it to malfunction?  I need to know because my friend seems to keep having this problem and he doesn't think he has pressed the wrong button combo causing the overwrite but that it's something else.
