Loop Clock Fix Trick (read)
« on: February 15, 2004, 09:35:00 AM »

(sorry for my bad spelling I am from Puerto Rico)
i have the xbox of the holiday combo and installed the the Font Exploit (Bert And Ernie). And accidentally unhook my power cable, the next day i had the clock loop. but because I was a moron I conected my xbox to the my eathernet hub, and try to boot up again and it Work.

And every time you boot it will boot with a dead clock but it will get to the dashboard you set.

These way i also notice that if you put a real xbox disk it will recogniza it correctly so you can backup it.

The ethernet pulg trick has been known for a while. Although i have come across 1 xbox that this didnt work with. Read this thread from a while ago.

The closest thing ive found to a fix has got to be the mechinstaller fonts. They kick ass and take you to the clock set screen when theres a loop, although they do still loop, the longest ive seen is about 5 loops and this was on the box i mentioned earlier that wouldnt come out of a loop no-matter what i did.
