Ident = Port 113. You have to allow mirc to use that port as well as configure the ident information in the options menu. I wouldn't worry about it. It doesn't effect you.

When you did the !list command, and the bot popped up the information, did you double check to make sure everything was entered in correctly?

Did you download more than 80 meg in a day? If so, you will be banned for a while.

#xbins is locked due to flooding. It is just temporary.

Anyways.. best to leave IRC issues in IRC.
