What version of the fonts was it designed for?

thats wierd i have it as the default with your package its on f/ works perfect got it from there new installer package.

Wha  mad.gif  Bummer sad.gif

even with the fonts active you are able to use it?

So your fonts folder should have:

- Xbox.bak & Xbox Boox.bak
- Bert.xtf & Ernie.xtf
- Xbox.ftn & Xbox Boox.ftn

This only works for me at the start of the set up, I belive that the settings menu tries to access the old fonts and that is how it fails sad.gif I am attempting to HEX edit the file some more to see if I can get rid of all XTF instances.

Also, if I do work it out, it would be better to have them use .bak as we wouldnt need 6 font files in our Fonts folder  jester.gif

Feedback to me man! Really wanna see this workin on my box...

mkjones u should put this dash in ur package or release a few with this being one of them

Would love to! But it would be getting quite big! The tHc dash is 7mb compressed!

Also, it would STILL have to boot MXM at some point so you could switch the fonts on or off wink.gif so really MXM has to be the default dash, but there are ways to make MXM boot another dash after it has loaded, Morden showed me some code to do this with XBMP a while ago, so theres always that option...

Anyhow, the problem as stupid, I had upgraded the files in the package but uploaded the old ones for use with the font version  rolleyes.gif  felt like a right fool  jester.gif

Sorted it now by removing the folder from C and runing the font version smile.gif worked!

Hi all,

Seems this is going to be a never ending post....

The new versions of THC are amazing,  FTP support is not really a nescesity anymore as you can set up a key combo to load up ftp only evox which loads up LIGHTHING FAST.  check on xboxdash.net.

This is what we need,

1.  A ftp package with EVERYTHING SET UP, the dash should run from E:/F: partion.  The ftp package should have either just the stable release of audio exploit or font/audio combo all set up.  With menus to run mxm and evox direct from THC quickly somehow....

This is what we need..........so................lets........get.........to...............work.......some1..........pleas!

Many thanks

I was gonna do this, or something like it, all the dashes and some decent apps, but even zipped up its a massive download. I didnt see much appeal so went for the memory card installer..
