anyone tryed this on mordens hack, if so, how would you do this?

i deleted the contenets of the mxm folder in e: then put all of thc with the default.xbe in directory.

i get error 21 when mxm menu try's to load.

i cant even get it up when i try to load up as a apps, still get erro 21,

is this conflicting dashboards ??

i got the normal 4920.01

That wouldnt work I dont think, MXM and this dash are tottaly different in terms of the way Morden has made MXM load..

I assumed running it from the Apps menu would work, but:

It seems you cannot, I belive you need the hacked fonts or to sign it by the looks of it?

I just tried this on a extra hard drive I had and can't quit get it to work. This is what I did.

Downloaded:
tHc_Dash_v1B.10027100.rar and Font_Softmodded_Dash_Fix-tHc.rar

ftp'ed all the files from tHc_Dash_v1B.10027100.rar to my C: partition and replaced the .xbe file from that with tHcDash_v1B-Font.xbe file from Font_Softmodded_Dash_Fix-tHc.rar I then renamed bert and erine to bert.fnt and ernie.fnt I also renamed tHcDash_v1B-Font.xbe to evoxdash.xbe and renamed my original evoxdash to evoxdash2.xbe

I rebooted and I see the PBL image and then It loads up a Blue background with what looks like cob webs but just freeze's there.

Anyone know what went wrong? Glad I used my extra HDD, actually have a few extra HDD's

So this dash is just a replacement for the original M$ dash and not a replacement for the evox dash? In other words I can't run this dash without going to the evox dash first?

, no need to go to evox but just in case if you still want to use Evox as your default startup dashboard...

if you want to use this as your default dashboard, for font user, just rename the evox default.xbe to something else and rename the tHcDash_v1O.xbe to default.xbe, that will make it your startup dashboard everytime you boot up your xbox... anyways, always rememeber to font sign it

ok so far any dashboard mod i've tried does NOT work with any font exploit
pbl, any bios
exploit, from bigfonts to bert and ernie none of them work

i can link back to original dash FINE
if i ever modify ANYTHING even if i resign using winxip and then even resign with xbedump it still either gives me a blackscreen or it gives me error 21

i have yet to see evidence of a modded dash running on softmods...
warbeast claimed he had one and he was suppose to send me his files yet he never did (i think it was warbeast)

Messed around with this tonight.

Set it up in MXM menu and booted it from there.

Got it working great with the Audio hack.

Then with fonts it didnt work. But I got the "hacked" xbe that works if you re-name your fonts this booted but as soon as I select "Settings" or try the set up again, it Error 21s??

This is with the MA fonts

Tried a few other things too like running from C...

Any ideas anyone?

I didnt sign the xbe with -font as I am using PBL..
