you have a scrambled screen because of your xbox's video chip. use PBL 1.4 and it will take care of that.

Alright I followed all your instructions to the nail, yet whenever it starts up (xbox that is) it loads only to the phoenix bios flash screen then goes blank and the led flashes yellow. Any ideas?

check the boot.cfg of your PBL. if it contains all 0x00's that's bad...you need to get an rc4 key. and are all your files correctly signed?

If you switch over to audio and go live with an original game before you actually perform the hack you can go live safely. Downfall is that newer games will upgrade the dashboard makin you have to downgrade again afterwards.

how do i see which dash i have running, and how do i FTP into my xbox? im sorry, im new and ive never done anything like this before, and im having trouble following the tutorial.
