Fatx Reader For Windows?

I have a USB Compact Flash reader.  XBox recognizes it and formats it.  What I need is something that communicates back and forth between the usb reader and windows that will allow me to copy files from windows onto the fatx formatted disk.  I don't think I have found anything that can do this yet.

try loading the xbox-linux mechinstaller save, then ftp the desired package/exploit over.

or use xlinux put the files on the flash
