QUOTE (pcween @ Dec 5 2003, 08:50 PM)
kolk1604: how should i do that? the problem is, hdd driver isn't working properly. the program window is empty. what do i have to do for my xbox directory structure to show up?

1. Open HDD Driver and make a backup. (Should be able to no matter what.)
2. Open a Hex edititng Program (I prefer WinHex) and open your XBOX HD Backup.
3. Go to postion--->find Offset and search for the 5 offsets and change FATX to "...."(excluding Quotes) then save
4. Open HDD Driver and Restore your Drive. Restore Cache and then User. (Should be restoring twice.)
5. You should now have access to your XBOX HD (Your C, anyway) Install the exploit.
6. When done, open Hex Editing Program and change those 5 offsets back to FATX, save and then restore like you did before. Cache 3(Restore) user(restore).

Your XBOX should now be usable.

biggrin.gif . i can really recommend xlinux over the buggy hdd driver. xlinux is really easy to use and doesn't have any annoying bugs.
