Did you also copy all the jpegs that come with it? And update the boot.cfg with the keys?

But did you use your 1.3 boot.cfg or install the new one? The new one has a couple of EXTRA lines you will need.

check to see if there is a file name xboxrom.bin in there biggrin.gifs... lol, you probably missing a bios files...

did you copy the RC4 and eeprom keys from thw 1.4 boot.cfg to the 1.3.5i's?

I got mine from xbins and the filename is: PBL1.3.5i_signed_font_exploit.zip

I just wanted to know if anyone has go this to work most likely yeah I cant get mine to work properly because the rc4 key needs to updated in the boot.cfg file morden said use the 1.4 I look in the usual places for the 1.4 and i dont even think that exsit can some one plz pm an help me out plz

is the bios Boot From Media (BFM) it has to be for pbl to work, and as for the key, as long as it is the bfm bios from the usual places then you dont need it, as all the debug bios's use the same key and it is already in the boot.cfg for PBL1.3.5i, i think you might have to use PBL1.3.5i_signed_audio_exploit.zip in the usual places, i used these and have had no problems

yes I have d/l the PBL1.3.5i_signed_audio_exploit.zip  fromt he usual spot so its compltly ok to use it as is no need to add key at all? Iam trying to do the mechinstaller-evox -manually too. Whats a recomended bios i have evoXD6_EjectFix_bfm.zip is that coo will it work or should i use the bios from the 1.3 release?

any boot from media bios will work ok (as long as it is a 1 meg bios and its a debug bios from xbins, the one from the previous release should work ok), the PBL1.3.5i_signed_audio_exploit.zip will work just fine (the key will be in the boot.cfg), as for the mechinstaller - evox part just follow the tutorial here http://forums.xbox-s...T&f=45&t=120269

ok i did everthing as the guide said but when i pick phoniex it goes black than right back to the ms dash. those are my results any assistance?

restore your drive to its unmodded state and follow the tutorial EXACTLY, then if it happens agian post exacly what u did and whats happening, I followed the tutorial and it worked just fine

OK I follwed the tut exactly as it says to like you said you think its the font that stopping from to load up i seen so many mime things on there and link to another one. I just used the one on the first page are those ones incorrect I seen a link somewere else on the forum that says
copy XBox.xtf to XBox.bak
copy XBox Book.xtf to XBox Book.bak
upload new bert & ernie fonts to /C:/fonts/
rename pheonix bios loader to pbl.xbe, sign with the Habibi key
upload pbl.xbe to /C:/
with a new mime file to decode.

So i guess im a bit confused on with mime file to use and decode. Anyone on a offical one to use thanks.
