Cant Launch Anything With Evox

hi i hotswapped today and downloaded pbl 1.3 then habbi audio hack and sighned pbl with habbi and installed it and install project 64 x pbl seemed to work fine evox started but then when i tryed launch project 64 x it showed the evox splash then just returned to the main evox menu can anyone give me some help
