This seems to make sense...but remember...run PBL...because it says at one point that you need a bios that will run unsigned code...

uhmm i DID have pbl running....all spaces 0 and i doubt it's a jumper problem cuz it's on c-s...
and now if i try to format at all, slayers/evox just freezes
c'mon i wasted 80$ on this god damn hdd

Okay then...EAZY WAY...load your eeprom in Live Info
Select the NEW HDD u will use
NOTE THE PASSWORD! THEN, create an image using norton ghost of your old Stock HDD (xbox original) ThEN...take that image and use it to clone your New HDD...or just simply clone your old to your new...then! LOCK YOUR NEW HDD with the password that you took in the steps above...put it in your x-box
With evox format F partition if your new HD is <137 GB...If its bigger format the G also...

I actually 'get' how it works now, after doing some reading about slayers disk and evox... seems like an easy option.

um so wait wait...this does NOT work??

and also, a question. i don't have a way to tranfer the font hack to my memory card. would i be able to just copy the folder to the Udata directory when putting in my new hd?

basically what i want to know is after slayers auto installer is done and it says to reinstall the exploit...can i just copy the 4d530017 folder to Udata? then reinstall the font exploit from there?

ok wtf i only have 2 ppl confirming that this really works
the guy who made tihs tutorial (which responded "u need pbl" which is needed anyone (how else did we run unsigned code))
some guy who can't even explain it right
and i think someone else

that's not enough
and if you think it's enough i want the people who have the same problem as me, to try it again with pbl (which u should have already one) and see if it works

there is no absolute confirmation of this technique....

well the ip shouldnt really be effected all he has to do is choose static ip and reboot but yeah i guess ill just do it the old fashoned way then
