Audio Hack Ma Pal?

I was trying to install moderns audio hack MA V2.  Everything works but the screen flickers as if it were a PAL.  My xbox is NTSC.  The MA save with evox works fine but this one (Moderns) is flickering.  Is there a program that can change the video mode of an xbe?  Can I just take the exoxdash.xbe from the MA save with evox and use that instead of the evoxdash.xbe included with Moderns hack?  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
