Phoenix Bios Loader Question
« on: October 06, 2003, 11:59:00 PM »

I got my xbox running fine. Using bigfonts to start evox and Phoenix Bios Loader installed as an app so I can run my backups and programs.

I read in Mad Gouki's tutorial:

"if you want you can install the bios loader into the c drive so it uses the bios loader as the default and not evox".

How do I do this? Do I just copy the files to c: or do I have to rename some things. I noticed that in the c: there is a default.xbe and if I copy phoenix over it would over-write it. What does the default.xbe in the c: do, start exox?

I would like to start my xbox, run Phoenix automatically then go right in to evox. One step instead of two.

Rename phoenix to default.xbe and rename evox to evoxdash.xbe. Make sure that you use a bios that loads evoxdash.xbe as the dash.
