Need Help Running Freevox

yes i have just installed freevox with the font hacks and it loads up just fine and even the ftp works. now whenever i try to load up an app i keep on getting error 21. i did the hot swap trick by getting this far. is there anyone with any screenshots of using hddriver with the list of what i need? please help
