Disable X-chip

is there a way turn off the xchip. like other chips. (e.g. hold power button, eject button, etc.)

wire a switch or boot the m$ bios.

In X-Control set the Xbox Bios to the eject tab except for version 1.0 which you can use the Y button. Now write changes with X-Control.

Now if you want the X-Chip to start disabled simply press the eject button or hold down the Y button for version 1.0.

To enable the X-Chip turn off the Xbox and power up the Xbox with the start button.
