to get anything from pc -> memory card, you either need mega x key or action replay. otherwise you need a friend with a modded xbox (with ftp capability) to put the save on the card. to do the mech or 007 hacks u need 1 of the three.

You don't even need a friend with a modded box. You just need a xbox controler to USB cable. You can get these at Lik-Sang. Or build one yourself.

Use this cable to hook up you xbox controller to your pc, put a mem card in it, and use the Action Replay software.
