fine then im going to use linux maybe i will get use to it hmm still wonder why 47 %
of the linux users still use windows as thier main os hmmm

no you cant just view it on windows... because windows uses "NTFS" and "FAT" xbox harddrives use "FATX" thats what the HDD driver uses to view the Xbox HD

oh ok hmm thank you
maybe you can help me out  i get infinite invalid file size errors and some other people only get 10-15 can this be because they dont have any saved games?

i saw the linux instructions to mod the xbox but i dont have that kind of download is it posible to get a bootable disk version?

do you have a friend with a xbox??? if so follow this
just ignor the error's  and make a back-up of ur HDD..once you got a backup..then make a back up of ur friends HDD..
Once you are done put ur xbox HDD back(hot-swap off course) and go to restore.Choose ur FRIENDS HDD  backup and restore only one partition at a time.Restart HDD_DRIVER and check if you can see files..if not try it with all of the partitions...if still nothing restore hole HDD backup(ur friend backup to ur's HDD).and check.Thats how i got one of my friends Xbox to work..If nothing works you can atleast say i tried that and it still don't work.

p.s. you are only going to use ur friend xbox HDD to make a backup and nothing else so don't worrie about messing it up..

thank you but i dont have another xbox hard drive
man i know there is a way to get the linux hot swap to work on a disk theres got to be
i have linux on a boot disk but its not the same version
