Ill try this method....

I can't get the method Edge7 explained to work. Every time Evox boots it does reset the time on my box.
Guess I will just have to block the Internet from the xbox and try it. Though if this is the case for Edges fix I dont know if I like his method per say. I'm wanting to start playing games on XB Link or something similar to it.

wooger... remember that you are only going to do this to backup games... once you have your games backed up... you can allow internet access to the xbox and play on.

EdGe7

Yea but then to copy a game again I would have to let it sit all night again....
I want to get every method mentioned working mainly for knowledge .. but also to write up "How To's"
Just looking for other ways to do familiar tasks  wink.gif

what kernel are you running.?

have you basically followed the steps?

and in order to read an original disc you must lose time and still boot into evox then complex.

kernal 3944.

Yup i followed the steps.

I realize you have to lose time before it your able to access the d drive but when i try to ftp into any of the drives while loader is running (i use FlashFXP) before the time is lost it says something like: 550 CWD failed. "/C": directory not found.

Just wondering if that always happens with !loader before time is lost, i can ftp into all drives but d just fine while running evox.

that usually happens when you FTP into Evox first then try to FTP through Complex while using the same session. you have to disconnect and refresh the root directory. It should work after that.
