What Am I Doing Wrong?

Sometimes it boots 2 times for me before loading Evox... is it continuously rebooting or once or twice?

it boots about 5 or 6 times before i give up....ill let it boot more this time....or is my xbox clock messed up or something?
edit---I dont have to xbedump (sign) the default.xbe do i?--edit
Also, I looked around and some people say you dont need to rename the bert and ernie fonts?
