1. Have a new XBox running EvoX through the dashboard exploit.
2. Have a chipped or TSOP'ed XBox readily available.
3. Use the backup function in EvoX on the new XBox to get the hard drive key.
4. Connect via FTP to the new XBox and copy all drives to your PC.
5. Format your new 120Gb (or smaller) drive in your chipped XBox.
6. Connect via FTP to the chipped XBox and copy all the data from the new XBox to the 120Gb drive.
7. Lock the 120Gb drive with the backed up key from the new XBox in Slayer Utils (or similar) on your chipped XBox.
8. Put the 120Gb drive in the new XBox and it should boot EvoX again.

So, am I missing anything obvious? I know this doesn't help anyone just buying a single XBox, but I already have a chipped one and often do more for friends. This method would be very nice to use biggrin.gif

Thanks for reading.
